I offer comprehensive adult ADHD assessments that are thorough, supportive and grounded in current clinical guidelines.
I also offer a 30-minute ADHD screening call (£350) for those who are unsure whether a full assessment feels right. This provides an initial space to explore your concerns and whether an ADHD assessment may be appropriate. If you choose to go ahead with a full assessment, the cost of the screening call is deducted from the total assessment fee.
My aim is to provide a clear and supportive process that helps you better understand how ADHD may be affecting your life, both past and present. I take a collaborative and non-judgemental approach, recognising that many adults seek assessment after years of feeling misunderstood, frustrated with themselves, overwhelmed, exhausted by everyday life or out of step with others.
Where a diagnosis is appropriate, I provide a clear written report that can be shared with other professionals, including GPs and NHS services. Whether or not a diagnosis is made, I aim for the assessment process to feel meaningful, affirming and helpful in making sense of your experiences and identifying next steps.
Rather than delivering a diagnosis in isolation, I support you in understanding what the assessment means for you. This might involve unpacking how ADHD may have impacted your life, your identity, your relationships and your work or studies. I can also help you think about what’s next - whether that’s support, strategies or simply seeing yourself differently.

In line with current clinical guidelines, the main components of the ADHD assessment process are:
Pre-interview information (questionnaires)
Before we meet, I ask you to complete a set of questionnaires. These help me understand your current experiences, developmental history and areas of difficulty, and allow our time together to be used as fully as possible.First appointment – clinical interview (up to 60 minutes)
In our first session, we explore your background in more depth, including childhood experiences, education, work, relationships and mental health.Second appointment – ADHD-specific assessment tools (up to 60 minutes)
This session involves use of the most up-to-date recognised diagnostic criteria and validated assessment tools to explore attention, impulsivity, hyperactivity and executive functioning across different areas of your life.Third appointment – feedback session (up to 60 minutes)
We meet to discuss the findings together. I explain the outcome of the assessment clearly and thoughtfully, answer any questions and talk through what the results may mean for you.Final full report
Following the feedback session, I provide a comprehensive written report, which is sent to you securely via email. This can be shared with your GP or other professionals if needed.

This is why I also offer an ADHD screening call to clarify if a full assessment feels like the right path.
